Rule name

"programme" should be used instead of "superEvent" when the information relates to a programme type, and "superEvent" should contain data common to this Event group if provided.

Rule check

Check for superEvent where "activity" property is not provided.

Rule type

Data quality warning

Rule hint

Do not use superEvent to describe a programme, as it will not be rendered correctly by data users. If superEvent is included it should be used to contain all the properties common to the subEvents.

Agree with the broad recommendation but not sure about the validation rules proposed.

A whole day super event might not have activities, these might be attached to the subEvent that describes what is happening during the day.
