Can't replicate this issue. It's possible the Github API was down while we tried to request issue counts, setting them all as nil values. However, if the API is down, it shouldn't overwrite an existing issues count. Think the only thing that will help is logging the results of the scheduled scripts seeing if we can spot any oddities from that.
