Simplify download instructions

On download/package, we currently show install cli instructions for every repository individually, but we don't have to.

Describe the solution you'd like
We could check if the repository name matches a distribution on OBS, replace version number with a parameter (using /etc/os-release or $releasever is an option here), and display instruction for a range of distributions instead of just one. That would make it way easier to find what you need, and make the repositories upgradable in the future.
