Reach out to KubeCon/o11yday speakers to have their talks added to the adopters' page

Hey,

the adopters is still very sparse although there are so many companies out there who are using OpenTelemetry. One group I can think of are all the good people that gave talks about their use of OpenTelemetry at conferences, especially KubeCon, o11day and other lfx/cncf events.

Since we know many of those people, I think it would be easy to reach out to them and ask if they are OK if we add their talk as a reference for their company using otel
