Fleet Adapter Not working with MiR Hardware

Hi Team,
We tried to run MiR 500 AMR using osrf/fleet_adapter_mir repository, 
After launching fleet adapter AMR is giving the current position, also purple Marker is spawn at correct location but yellow marker is located at different random location as shown in Screenshot.
Also when we gave task dispatch_go_to_place, we got response also but AMR is not moving to target position.
We have modified mir config file, nav graph and created rmf_default_move_mission as per instruction, still AMR is not able to perform task.
If you have working configurations and example mission in MiR dashboard that will help us to debug more.
