Shall oqs-provider support more than 1 classic algorithm in hybrid scenarios?

As visible in #269 the current data structures are conceptually geared to handle more than 1 classic key in hybrid scenarios -- however, the implemented logic is really only geared to handle the case of 1 classic (and one PQ) key.

This poll is to ask whether we should fully implement the case of multiple classic keys within a hybrid classic(*)||PQ key scenario.

To anyone answering "Yes", please be prepared to reference use cases or specs needing this.
