Goal would be to enable using/testing all supported QSC algorithms.

Low priority.

Much easier would be to enable different groups in oqs-boringssl by a patch identical in function to open-quantum-safe/openssl#354 . Given there is no active use of oqs-boringssl beyond Chromium and the latter itself isn't truly in need of support any more due to the availability of oqs-epiphany, replace this issue with open-quantum-safe/boringssl#81
