End-2-end data lineage

I am afraid I filed this wrong under Issues whereas it is better suited here in Discussions.

My first priority feature of this rather complex epic would be:

• document File resources (TXT, CSV, TIFF, JPG, etc...) on common file shares (CIFS, NFS)
• document Web resources (TXT, CSV, TIFF, JPG, etc...) (HTTP/S)

I am interested in anyone who has the same requirements and/or has already customized ingestion connectors on this.
