1.Registry uses address service to normalise addresses
2. All formats support encodings: IBM866, koi-8, windows-1251, utf-8 and all table formats: dbf, xslx, csv
3. Formats can be added through admin-ui
4. All formats can export condo receipts to their formats
5. Publishing for registry file task now starts on registry file status change - no need to use publish service (will be removed soon)
6. Up to 100 skipped lines now are saved after parsing
7. localisation files are moved to folders to support additional files for notifications
