Capture if hearing was canceled

In digging into it, I also noticed that sometimes a hearing is cancelled - it says "Cancelled" in front of it (a la J5-CV-20-256295) If we could capture a true false on that, that would be fabulous since we would want to take those folks out of our "Not appeared" list."

Should that be one boolean for the whole register of actions, or does each hearing date need its own record with its own boolean for whether it's been cancelled or not?
