We will do all the engineering work needed to integrate the library into the backend component.

This activity will mainly be carried out by the OONI team (backend engineer, research engineer), but will also require some input from the cryptographer to ensure the integration is done in a way that is effective and secure.

Output: links to specific commits for the integration work in our backend repository.
