Error extracting package: remove_all

Win10x64, NVidia GPU.
I am not familiar with this type of installers, so need some help.
anytime I run Install.bat i see this:

So, the Conda is not running, and the installer fails to extract something. Re-installing it from scratch doesn't work. Running other BAT-files also shows "'conda' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file."

Any guides?
