Thanks for sharing an interesting impl. here!

I understand that the dataset you used is from code2seq and you cleaned it with DeepName's cleaner. However, it's quite hard for me to replicate the dataset part.

Could you share the dataset or elaborate a bit on the format of the dataset? :)

In other words, the input should be in the file named "training-med.txt". What would be the contents/format inside?
