Adding the video editor

Take any same video URL and makke a video editor
One can use basic tools like
pens to edit a frame
split the videos
merge 2 or more videos
Crop down a video
Make the animation frame of a video
Make the data fetchable from the videos like captions , the script if the video and their subtitles
One should just put a link and give the full master control to user to access their videos
Also if one puts in the video make feature embedded like subtitle and script of the video to be fetched

Ideas and their approach are welcomed

You need to make a new page for his feature and totally different folder and you cide structure in that folder
