Don't Win pose while airborne

DOS OMF waits for your HAR to land on the ground before your HAR does the win pose.
OpenOMF does not wait, deadens your momentum and lets you fall to the ground while win posing.

This is remarkably tricky to do, I did try to fix this recently but there wasn't a great way to queue VICTORY until the har was standing (I believe being in recoil/fallen will also have this bug)
