Crawlers not found

Hi,

I tried to install everything according to the docs, however I cannot get the scrapers to run.
These are the things I tried:

• memorious list returns an empty list
• memorious run by returns Error: Invalid value: Crawler [by] not found.
• Tried to run it both from the root folder as well as from /dokukratie/

Tried both on Windows 11 and MacOS.
Is this repo still maintained?
Otherwise, is there any way to download multiple minor interpellations at once via the website https://www.dokukratie.de/#kleine-anfragen?
