Add week 2 emergents to schedule #66

To add additional Schedule items:

update the sessions.yml to add a new session (you will need to use an id that is not already used)
update the schedules in americas.yml (same for emea.yml and apac.yml). To create a new day you can copy paste an old one and start from there.
