Thia and I made this a while back, but I don't remember what recipe we used. Just found this one online. I think it looks good, I need to add it to the repo. (Assuming it's not awful when I make it tomorrow)

Don't remember how that went, I assume okay. Apparently Alton Brown has a recipe too. It's very simple, I may try it as it's a lot less work, fewer ingredients, and less mess.

Ended up not making spinach artichoke dip for my Christmas part, so this recipe will have to wait a while.
