Unable to send e-mail error when editing user

On french staging instance, when editing user, I get Unable to send e-mail. Contact the site administrator if the problem persists. error message. In the logs there is Error sending e-mail (from [email protected] to ). which is weird, as there is no receiver mentioned, also, I changed sender email in Home » Administration » Configuration » People » E-mail delivery » Messages, but it's still Mohamed's email mentioned here.

When I test email delivery in the Test tab, everything works well

Indeed, it should be instead : [email protected]
I change it to receive notifications from Drupal instance.
In the future I will investigate the installation with profiles and we will have a dedicated profile for the production.

@dsavchenko, the email you are talking about is probably the one in webforms configuration :
Configuration > Content authoring > Webforms settings

I set it to blank to make webforms using the default one (site email) and then reducing configuration dependency.
