As a follow up of #553 (comment)

Using the staging UniGe instance, the submitted message is always delivered, but never the completion.

I am bit stuck on this, I have inspected the sesson.log extracted from the staging UniGe instance, but it seems like the call-back for the completion (status can be either done or failure) is never sent.

I will try and add more logging, but if you have other tips on things I can check, I am a bit stuck here.
