Release version 0.n+1

I suggest that once the problem with module Ocsimore is fixed, we release a 0.x version of Ocsimore (without announcement), and we use only released versions on ocsigen.org and pps. Using dev versions is too risky, as we have seen yesterday ...

Indeed, a new Macaque release is overdue. I'll see what needs to be done this week-end.

@jpdeplaix: the last patches to PG'OCaml came from you. If you're happy with the current state of PG'OCaml's master and you don't have any more patches incoming in the near future, I can release a new version of PG'OCaml today or tomorrow -- no problem.
