Automatize symbolic link for latest #122

We have several links in documentation like /eliom/latest/manual/...
(links to the latest version).

Making this work requires to manually create a symbolic link to the latest version in branch gh-pages of each project, each time we make a release ...

Could we automatize this?

This link needs to be recreated each time the doc is regenerated!
We must find a solution quickly ...

One temporary solution seems to be
- how-redirect-manual $HOW_LATEST latest
in .travis.yml
It copies everything in directory latest.
