Deal with existing SQL Views

There is no functionality to automatically deal with existing SQL Views built over the PF.
If there are existing SQL Views built over the PF, we'll have to remove those in order to recompile the PF (when we change it to LF). In order to do that, we need to get the SQL to generate the view first so that after we recompile the PF we can rebuild the SQL View(s).
