Chosing only one COARE algo for the paper

I made some plots that better compare the different algorithms for the small-scale flux contribution:

I think having both COARE algos in there does not add anything to the message. They are very close together (red/green in these plots) in the global mean, and other algos define the outer range of global mean values. I propose to remove COARE3.0 for the final paper.
