Addressbook on backend

Hello,

Orders for shopaholic offer, by default, a UserAddress model and component in order to let customers manage their addressbook.

But there are no UI in backoffice to make CRUD operations on user addresses. I think shopaholic orders should add a tab, for both Rainlab.User and Lovata.Buddies, displaying the customer addresses in a relation manager widget.
