Actually - maybe not. Looks like this was the old wiki from Google code (pre GitHub)

  1. Can the wiki branch be deleted?
  2. Shouldnt we merge the concept of "documentation" and "wiki" into the new general documentation strategy?

would deleting the wiki branch affect the (deprecated but not yet retired) wiki?

I'm not sure how GitHub did before with Wiki, but now we can clone it locally, like the repository, so removing the branch is safe.
