We have the following two terms:

It’s unclear whether they really refer to two different things. According to EMAPA, “optic eminence surface ectoderm” is an exact synonym for “optic surface ectoderm”.

It is therefore proposed to obsolete ‘optic eminence surface ectoderm’ and merge it into ‘optic eminence ectoderm’.

The terms 'optic eminence surface ectoderm' and 'optic eminence
ectoderm' appear to refer to the same concept, so we obsolete the former
and merge it into the latter.
