Uncinate fasciculus definition - "Pathway arising from the fastigial nucleus to the vestibular nuclei, reticular formation, motor neurons of brainstem and cervical spinal cord"
It has "part of" pontine tegmentum - which is part of some pons
given the pathway extends beyond the brainstem, it should not be a part of
correction, this is probably in there, but uncinate fasiculus is just does not have part_of some forebrain - this is coming from an external axiom in our use case
I just noticed that there is also 'uncinate fasciculus of the forebrain' in uberon, which im not sure is actually a useful term, but I see it is from NLX so I wouldn't merge it, but instead will link it to uncinate fasciculus
Fixes#2341 (change part of to overlaps, and added a whole bunch of overlaps that is in the textual definition but not in logical definition)
Fixes#2342
Correct me if I'm wrong >.<
uncinate fasciculus SubClassOf part_of some pontine tegmentum seems wrong

interesting that uberon does not have
Nothing EquivalentTo (part_of some forebrain) and (part_of some brainstem)
