I can't see any difference between "fruitbody" and "sporophore", either from the FAO text definitions or from searching google & PubMed. In #2
wasn't sure about the scopes for some of the synonyms added to "sporophore"; I made them all EXACT based on what I found (or didn't find) online.
If they are different, what should I put in the definitions to distinguish them? (I'd also remove "fruitbody" synonyms from sporophore in that case.) If they're not different I'll merge them.

Update: Steve Oliver recommends not merging, on the grounds that in fungi with macroscopic fruiting bodies (e.g. mushrooms) the sporophore is only part of the fruiting body.
In light of that, in the immediate term I'll change some synonym scopes but leave things otherwise unchanged. The text definitions do still need substantial improvement, though -- they still don't express a distinction effectively. It may also be worth considering whether FAO needs subclasses of "sporophore" to distinguish sporophores that are part of large, complex fruiting bodies from others that have, well, less stuff other than the spore-bearing structure.
