taotesting.com needs bug reporting instructions

taotesting.com doesn't have any instructions for bug reporting. If the user knows enough to visit https://github.com/oat-sa, they are greeted by 164 repos so which one are they supposed to file a bug against? package-tao? tao-community? tao-core? Only tao devs would know the correct one so one repo needs to be highlighted as being the designated one to report general tao bugs against.

If bug reporting doesn't get its own dedicated section on the homepage then instructions for bug reporting should be added to the Support section.

I'd like to second that, I wouldn't have a clue where to file the first bug I ran into taking a first look at the platform (in the examples).

Getting the platform installed has already been a pain, so I already have somewhat of a list of issues, only about the install part :)
