Use generatedAt to check for necessary info

Right now, if a parking is not available for more than 5 minutes, querying stops because no relevant triples are found. Instead of checking if the file contains any relevant triples, we should look at the generatedAt triples of the subgraphs to see if the timestamps are in the requested time interval.
