What's supposed to be under BIP39 Passphrase ?

PSBT is BIP174 not BIP74. How does it help with recovery ?

Why include PSBT? This could creep into a feature comparison when it’s about recovering wallets.

I want to incentivize adoption because this features helps interoperability between wallets, also its how you get a txn signed between them. All major HW are working on implementing it.
