After closing ticket #6, improvements should be made to the timesheet_reminder_mail module :

Send the "Summary of timesheet lines" to all relevant users and not just to managers
Show in the "Summary of timesheet lines" if there are any draft timesheet lines remaining
Avoid sending "Summary of timesheet lines" on weekends
