Inappropriate / unhelpful cleared screens for contacts and journals

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open app
2. Clear both all of contacts and journal

Expected Behavior: Both screens should display a similarly blank screen or an appropriate message.

Actual Behavior: Contacts displays an empty user profile which may be perceived as visually unpleasing / may confuse potential users and Journal displays "Please select a Journal Entry" which is inappropriate as there is no Journal Entry that the users can select. It should be renamed to something like "Please add a Journal / Contact to continue."

This is actually a duplicate to #5964 but that issue is made in the second part of PE so is rejected.
