virtualfirewallpolicy.spec is missing the job child

2 issues related to virtualfirewallpolicy.spec:

• It is missing the job child,
• And the allowed_job_commands should not be null, but it should be a list with EXPORT and IMPORT

(a good reference could be ingressacltemplate.spec)

Because of this it's not possible to export a Virtual Firewall Policy using the python vspk module.

This looks like a bug, i'll look into fixing this for both the v5 and v6 API, it will require a newly generated VSPK as well.
