No module found error "distutils" How do I use this?

I read the instructions on the main page, but I am still confused about what I should install and where.
Are there some screenshots or video tutorial on what I should do?

I followed the steps after downloading the zip of the archive, and I encountered this error.

edit: Found the solution. in Python 3.11+, you need to use python3 -m pip install setuptools as distutils was depreciated after python 3.10

The problem now is that the chrome window that opens when I run the code stays in a cloudflare loop when I try to download a fic from FFN.
