However, My Sportiza11 has the authority, at its sole and absolute discretion, to allow any user to cancel a transaction and get a refund of the transaction amount paid by the user in the following situations: Should the User choose to cancel such a payment, they may do so in writing to Sportiza11 using their registered email address; alternatively, if the payment is made in order to participate in the paid version(s) of the Contest(s), Sportiza11 will not be responsible for refunding any money if the cancellation request is not received at least <b> two days </b> before the round for which the payment is made begins.</span></p>
