Any chance of adding terminal support?

Given the last update being 3 years ago I'm pretty sure that the project is abandoned, but it's such a simple and useful vs extension that I wanted to try anyways to ask for this:

It would be awesome if the hover functionality could also work on the vs terminal, allowing quick datetime conversions of console logs

Of course, no problem If the project is indeed fully abandoned, thanks for the cool extension anyways!

It's not abandoned, it just met my needs and hasn't needed any changes in all this time.

I quickly glanced over the VSCode extension APIs and at first glance I'm not seeing any way of adding hovers to the terminal... so that's a bad sign. I'll keep this feature in mind.
