Persist selected token pair in URL

It would be great if the selected tokens can be added to the url so refreshing the page doesn't force you to select the tokens again.

@chunrapeepat To extend that I also noted that when you are viewing one pool and click on Change Pool, the popup doesnt remember the currently selected pool. Most of the time I just wanna view different fee tiers so I have to fill in all again, kinda annoying.

But apart from that man the tool is what I have been looking for for a long time. Thanks!
