Rework scoring completely

I think there's something wrong with the scoring at all. I mean, sometimes I have negative scores, sometimes positive, sometimes it stays at -9999 on join, sometimes it is updated on join..

It should just be seconds_to_finish_the_map*-1, If not finished yet -9999
Updates on 1) join, 2) when you finish the race with a better time, 3) nick change

Yes, think so.

After joining the server /rank says 2. noother Time: 0 minute(s) 41.24 second(s)
But the scoreboard shows -9999 / empty in ddrace client

"Personal best" gets displayed correctly though.
