[Feature] Dynamically Load Exchange #2

Feature request

Exchanges are not dynamically loaded. I don't want the end user to have to re-build in order to add an exchange. Seems like they just need to provide an npm package name+version or local path to their exchange module. This could be passed in as an argument or setup in a config file
