Problem

Lack of version compatibility information

This library's README does not currently highlight its Noir version compatibility, which could cause user confusion following noir-lang/noir#6580 and noir-lang/noir#6590.

Compatibility with Noir v1.0.0-beta.0

Meanwhile Noir v1.0.0-beta.0 is now pre-released.

For better user experience with the version before it is stable released (and reaches a wider audience), update and ensure this library works with the Noir version

Happy Case

  • Update this library's code and tests to work with Noir v1.0.0-beta.0 (if applicable)
  • Add a Noir Version Compatibility section in README
  • Cut a new library release (if code or tests were updated)

Project Impact

This is a prerequisite to stable releasing Noir v1.0.0-beta.0.
