I think this code could be simplified, ExceptionArgs and ExceptionReport could be united?
There is crossover between wxWidgets and our Debug code, can we rely more on wx for crash reporting?
Cull db insert code, we should do db insertions from another tool spawned to read a report file dumped to the file system
