Make Get-NspLicenseReport_(Database) more user-friendly for MSP

Currently the script can be executed per tenant to get the license report per tenant.
To get the data for all tenants a loop is required and to sum up the license count a manual interaction is required.

It would be nice to execute the script directly for all tenants and get a summarized value for the license usage.
