Problem with cross-flow FDM Dehumidifier

The chilled water temperatures do not change with the

cross-flow dehumidifier no matter what cross-flow configuration I used. Not a problem for the counter-flow arrangement. I used experimental data as initial guess and boom,
within a second the counter flow gave me the answer but the cross had difficulty converging and the water temp is not changing.
