The rocrate metadata file here https://git.nfdi4plants.org/muehlhaus/ArcPrototype/-/packages/13 should represent the ARCPrototype (https://git.nfdi4plants.org/muehlhaus/ArcPrototype), which obviously has studies and assays you see when browsing the repo.

It contains only the investigation ROCrate object and no studies/assays
