Add keywords/tags from Voc4Cat on the file level

It is possible to add keywords in the whole dataset (where also Voc4Cat can be used) but when it comes to the single files we can only add tags (custom or from a list). Would it be technically possible to also add Voc4Cat keywords in the single files as well? If for example you add a graph that illustrates selectivity it would be nice that you could tag the figure with the respective Voc4Cat concept "Selectivity".

This issue can be also extended generally with "metadata on file level". See similar issue with advices and useful links inside: IQSS/dataverse#8240 (replace Dataverse version "5.8" in URLs there to "latest" if needed). Especially "auxiliary files" can be interesting for us.
We have to investigate, how to describe files on the best way.
