Static event page

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be nice to have a type of event page which is static, i.e., for showing regular events that do not change in content often.

A static page that can sit alongside post types under the 'Community' section of the website

Describe alternatives you've considered
Manually update the times of the event each week, although this seems like a lot of manual work.

Additional context
I would like to have a page for open regular pipeline dev hours that devs can advertise, that embeds a dedicated google calendar in it.
