It's possible to get in the output of the pipeline (mirtop files) the mirs ID (MIMAT) and not mirs names ?

Thanks, I think this could be possible by a script to merge mirs name and mimat, if you happen to work on something like that with outputs of the pipeline, I can integrate it to be part of the pipeline.
