Bug description

Since the 3.12.2 update, Windows Desktop Explorer crashes at irregular intervals due to the extension "NextcloudContextMenuHandler -Windows Shell Context Menu Handler - (Verified) Nextcloud GmbH - D:\Program Files (x86)\Nextcloud\NCContextMenu.dll Wed Mar 20 14:46:12 2024" (by Windows Autoruns app) and restarts the service. Sometimes the Windows Desktop app works after crash, sometimes not.
However, it always crashes after a restart when right-clicking on any file for the first time. This file may also be saved outside a Nextcloud path.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Restart Windows 10.
  2. Open Windows Autoruns.exe. Switch to Desktop and deactivate NextcloudContextMenuHandler and make a right click on any file (should running).

  3. Activate NextcloudContextMenuHandler and make a right click on any file (Loading circle appears, then the desktop app crashes and restarts).
